Elements and Performance Criteria
- Ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Liaise with relevant people associated with the anticipated corrective action
- Ensure the supply of resources (equipment, modifications, consumables, people)
- Check occupational health and safety (OHS) impacts of corrective action and take action in accordance with procedures if required
- Ensure workforce has relevant skill level
- Negotiate solutions with relevant people to allow implementation
- Supervise implementation of corrective action
- Monitor implementation of corrective action
- Make required adjustments
- Verify systems support improvement
- Audit the change
- Determine an appropriate audit period/cycle
- Agree relevant measures/indicators for the improvement
- Measure performance at agreed times using agreed measures
- Investigate the cause/s of under performance
- Take appropriate corrective action to improve performance
- Reaudit the improvement on an agreed basis
